Small Group
Training

Small group training is like having a workout buddy for you and your work out buddy! Similar to personal training, small group training is where one of our personal trainers will work with a group of 1-5. Small group training is a great way to get motivated to follow through on your fitness goals, while spending some quality time sweating with your friends.

Peak fitness classes are a great way to supplement your personal or small group training routines. We offer everything from old-school dance aerobics to the lastest HIIT and spin classes. Ask your trainer which classes will complement your fitness goals!
